Search Engine Optimization Features
WWW or Not
When clients enter your domain name into the URL area the browser will adjust the string for access, but that does not make it right! Search engines may think yourdomain.com and www.yourdomain.com are two different sites. A permanent redirect (technically called a "301 redirect") between these sites will get full search engine credit for your work on these sites. A redirect will make sure when clients enter your site they land on http://www. The navigation will be set so your visitors are viewing correctly while you get the full results of their viewing session.

Page Titles
This is the most important piece of meta-data there is. Why? Two reasons. First, the title is what is recognized to be the one piece of information that describes what the page is about. (Like a book title or article title). It shows up at the top of the browser when users are browsing your site. It is the default title your browser and book-marking sites will automatically use when people decide to “save” your site for future use. Second, it is what search engines also use to figure out what the site is about. Compared to everything else on your page, it gets the most “weight” from the search engines. Think of your meta-data title just like you would if you were writing an article for the Wall Street Journal or authoring a book. The title is immensely important. Page Title too long? The maximum recommended length for page titles is 70 characters.

Page Description too long?
Your page description should be no more than 150 characters

Too Many Keywords?
We believe that search engines don't weigh keywords as heavily as they used to, but they're still important to get right. By using a high number of keywords, it is possible that you are diluting the effect of your most important keywords. We would suggest keeping the keywords to 10 or less.
